Ciklum is currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a high pace working environment within Ciklum Sales Department (SD). The primary role will be to support Ciklum’s entire Sales team in various issues.

The Sales Coordinator will join Sales Department at Ciklum Head Office in Kyiv, Ukraine. The person in this role will be part of the driving team behind the department’s goals, will be working in close communication with Sales VP, and especially our entire western European Sales force.

  • Regular and timely update of our main sales internal resource
  • Prospect visits support according to best practices
  • Deal Office support. Participation in proposals and collateral creation.
  • Communication support throughout Ciklum Global Sales Team
  • Plan and organize internal events, meetings and trainings
  • Update sales and marketing material
  • Sales team administrative support – initiation of team building activities according to the budget, contribution to the overall office environment
  • Ad hoc support of the Chief Sales Officer
  • Ad hoc support of the Sales Department
  • Support of internal sales systems
  • Operational support (e.g. customer events, sales meetings)
  • Act as local super user for all Ciklum Sales Tools


  • International experience is a must (e.g. international education, student exchange programs, work experience in the international company environment)
  • University degree
  • Work experience more than 1 year
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge and skills. Power Point and Excel proficient user is must.
  • Outgoing and social person, active in social & professional networks
