Creatio, a global business software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM, is looking for a Partner Account Manager to be a client-oriented and focused on building high-level productive relationships with partners.

The company has been highly recognized as a market leader by key industry analysts (including Gartner and Forrester). Its intelligent platform accelerates sales, marketing, service and operations for thousands of customers and hundreds of partners worldwide.

Location: Kyiv.


  • Fulfill sales process: generate, develop, and execute new businesses with partners
  • Build productive and profitable relationships with partners
  • Conduct joint presentations and system demo sessions in order to launch partner sales
  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partner’s business plans and advise developments due to KPI targets
  • Partner training and on-boarding coordination


  • Fluent English
  • Higher education degree
  • Successful background in client-management processes
  • 2+ years of working experience ideally in software / IT company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
